Destination

you see a house,
a random one,
or of your friend.
you see the people inside,
you stop and wonder,
wonder for a second,
trying to visualize,
how your life would have shaped
if you were born there!

would you have ended up,
where you are,
or land up,
someplace else!

your parents would then be,
a mere acquaintance,
someone else’s parents!

then you’d smile,
and be happy,
where you have landed,
is the place you were,
destined to be!
