Hi Thomas, Firstly this newsletter was packed with so much information and genuine care for the Scribe community, and I wanted to express my gratitude for your transparency and dedication, that has always been the thing I love about you and Scribe!

You put a lot of thought and effort into this. I especially appreciate you addressing the Boost Nomination Pilot directly and answering all the questions that have been swirling around. Knowing the rationale behind your nominations and the limitations of the program itself adds a whole new layer of understanding and appreciation for your role and how difficult it is for you to make certain decisions.

It's a complex system, and having your insights is invaluable. It also reinforces the importance of crafting quality writing for its own sake rather than obsessing over the Boost.

Your passion for Scribe and your commitment to supporting our work shine through every paragraph. And, I don't think I'd like to see the nominations for the Boost that you shared with the curators. Let some of those details stay private to you.
