Mom and Dad!!!
Nayanika looked out of the car window,staring into the trees as they passed by, one after the other.Her heart was beating faster than ever, every beat seemed to hit the pericardium harder than the last one. Her fingers, were wet with sweat,and suddenly the car seemed claustrophobic to her. She looked around at her husband,Nikhil, sitting, a gentle smile laced on his face,chit chatting with Amolesh, the driver. She didnot know, why, but she felt guilty for a second. Guilty of pushing onto her ambitions on her husband. Yes,as time went by, he was the more supportive one,supportive about this life changing decision that they are about to undertake.That thought kept looping in her head.She had never been so tensed since quite a long time, in her life. She came back to the present timeline, when her husband, took one of her hands into his, their fingers entangled into one another,and smiled a re-assuring smile, and she knew, things would go good. That small gesture at that moment of extreme anxiety helped her calm down, quite a bit.
