Ohh a beat has stirred in my heart,
a beat that resonates deep into my soul,
oh moon, I am your luminescence,
in my scarf, I’ve bundled up happiness,
would you dance, dance with me, uninhibited?

Even if you did not become mine,
even if you were the slipping sand, and I, the fist,
I always, I always, I always remained yours,

Oh, my Moon! I remained your star forever.

I had the privilege to read quite a few very beautiful pieces written by some amazing writers across Medium. Listing them below, and they are not in any particular order:

Valentines’ Note: The Definition Of Love by Priyanka Srivastava

Sonnet: Certitude by Viraji Ogodapola

Prose-Poem: In Conversation With Winter by Jacob Berg

Poetry: Five Love Poems by Amy Jasek

Poetry: The Colors Of The Ocean by Kasun
